Toles’ grand slam saved the day and avoided the sweep in Denver last night as the Dodgers roared back to beat the Rockies, 10-8.
We’re not turning cartwheels here, the Dodger stunk up the Mile High City (on ice) against a vastly inferior team. Los Dogs’ habit of playing down to crummy opponents is disturbing. The first two games showcased some of the worst Dodger at-bats of the season.
The Dodgers have the day off today as they head back home to face the Padres and Diamondbacks (BORRRRINNGG). Next week gets thrilling though, the team heads to Miami, then New York City for a bout with the Bronx Bombers.
The Terrible Teen returns on Friday to take on the Friars’ Clayton Richard. Will Clayton chastise Chase, Corey, or Charlie Culberson with chunks of cheese? Will The Terrible Teen eat towering Tijuana tacos with Tapatio? Can rascalsoftheravine get through another mind-numbing NL West yawnfest this weekend? Stay tuned! Until next time, mirth-seekers!!!
